- Policy Research and Consultancy We conduct in-depth research and analysis of current labour migration policies, worker protection laws, and emerging trends in employment justice. Based on this research, we develop evidence-based policy recommendations and engage with governments, international bodies, and employers to influence legislative and policy reforms that promote workers’ rights, fair migration practices, just transition and economic inclusion for all workers, including those in informal sectors.
- Strategic Litigation We provide litigation support services to employees and migrant workers to enforce their rights, including seeking compensation for work-related injuries, recovering unpaid wages and terminal benefits, and securing access to social security and pension funds. Our legal team advocates for systemic change by challenging unjust practices, fighting for fair labour standards, and representing workers and employers in the labour adjudication forums, both national and international.
- Capacity Building We offer comprehensive training programs for officials in both the public and private sectors on critical areas such as ILO standards for industrial relations, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, intellectual property rights at work, and labour migration management. These sessions aim to strengthen individual and institutional capacity to implement fair labour practices and safeguard the rights of migrant workers. Additionally, we offer skills development workshops for workers to enhance their employability and ensure better integration into the formal labour market.
- Migrant Worker Support and Reintegration Programs We provide support services for migrant workers before, during, and after their employment. This includes processing suitable immigration facilities; pre-departure training on workers’ rights, safe migration practices, and legal protections; in-country advocacy and support for migrant workers facing exploitation or abuse; and reintegration programs for returnees, ensuring they have access to social services, employment opportunities, and legal recourse upon their return to their home countries.
- Public Awareness and Community Mobilization We run public awareness campaigns to educate workers, employers, and the general public about labour rights, ethical employment practices, and the realities of labour migration. Through grassroots mobilization, we empower local communities to organize under trade union and worker’s organizations and to advocate for better working conditions, social protection, and fair treatment of migrant workers. These campaigns also aim to combat discrimination, promote diversity, and highlight the positive contributions of migrant workers to economies.
- Collaboration and Partnerships We collaborate with international organizations, NGOs, trade unions, and government agencies to promote regional and global standards for labour migration and employment justice. By forming strategic partnerships, we ensure that advocacy, capacity building, and legal initiatives are aligned with international conventions, regional treaties and protocols, and are tailored to meet the specific needs of our local contexts.
